Benefits of Greek Yogurt for your baby:

Greek yogurt is high in calcium, protein and vitamins. Be sure to use plain, unsweetened and full-fat greek yogurt for your baby.

Greek yogurt can ease digestion and gastric troubles, boost the immune system, is a remedy for diarrhea and a good food during hepatitis and jaundice. It can also treat insomnia and helps to cure urinary tract infections in your baby.

The good bacteria in greek yogurt also helps to strengthen your baby's immune system.

Why greek yogurt?

As greek yogurt is strained more than regular yogurt, the whey (protein that those with dairy allergies may react to) and the lactose content is far lower in greek yogurt. Hence, it is more easily digested than regular yogurt by your baby.

Greek yogurt also contain twice the amount of protein in regular yogurt. It also has half the sugar (lactose) as regular yogurt. With more protein and less sugar, greek yogurt is a wonderful food for your baby.
